This girl is Ali "The Badass" Flayton. Flayton is wanted for murder in Kentucky and celebrated for the same murder in Ohio. We've considered sending her to military school, but we're worried about having the kid in such close proximity to working weaponry. Lets all just be thankful that she prefers to kill it onstage too.
